Co-founder and now ex-CEO of LSX - The Life Science Executive Network, since 2014 Terry has built and led a global network and series of powerful events connecting c-suite business leaders and investors in life sciences and health sectors. Over the years, LSX has helped thousands of lifesciences and health executives raise capital, catalyse deal-making and make meaningful connections. In addition, Terry founded the Workforce Wellbeing LIVE congress in 2021, helping bring together the world’s most innovative corporate people leaders and solution providers to catalyse new ideas to improve wellbeing at work.
Prior to founding LSX, Terry has several years’ experience as a senior executive at Terrapin, with an enviable track record of success, having been responsible for conceptualising, launching, and developing some of the groups most impressive events.
His early years were spent growing up in Brazil, Mexico and the USA, completing his high school education at the United World College in New Mexico, obtaining a History undergraduate degree at Durham, and a Masters degree in Latin American Studies at Oxford University.
When not working on building meaningful events, Terry is a devoted dad to 2 teenage daughters and a Cockapoo pup, a yoga and callisthenics enthusiast (currently mastering a handstand), and an avid reader and podcast addict.
