She began her career as a chartered accountant and later moved into human resources, first taking on generalist roles and later specialising in compensation and benefits. She is currently the global head of reward, benefits and wellbeing at global law firm, Allen & Overy LLP. She is passionate about creating mentally healthy workplaces where people can be at their best.
