Media Life Magazine recently sat down with Havas Digital's Micah Nyatsambo, director of social media, and Rob Griffin, director of data, search and analytics, to talk about the revenue opportunities for social media, and where they're going to come from in the future. Griffin believes that the true opportunities lie in word of mouth advertising, and many companies are just starting to figure this out.
