ACCESS Insider Launches Today

Launching a newsletter is not as hectic or challenging as a therapeutic product launch, which is what you in the Access profession do every day. But it does involve cross-team collaboration and a lot of communication. First, the idea. We had an idea that the community that attends our Access events would benefit from industry-specific news and articles year-round in addition to the great information we provide at our events. Then we planned what the coverage would look like; prepared for the newsletter production process and timing; then tested our newsletter for today's launch. Our coverage reflects the four pillars of access―Trade & Channel; Hubs & Specialty Pharmacy; Patient Access & Support; and Rare Diseases.

Of course, launches of any kind don't go according to plan. There will be tweaks and modifications after the fact, so please reach out to the editors for specific articles you think would benefit the readers, as well as press releases we can include on our website. We are glad you are here!

Meet the editors

Brandy Fidler is managing editor of Access Insider and handles the day-to-day running of the website, editorial content and newsletter. Brandy has been a journalist and editor in a variety of industries over the years, most recently with Hart Energy in the oil and gas industry. She now brings her extensive skill set to the life sciences industry and has worked within Informa Connect Life Sciences four verticals, Partnering, Manufacturing, R&D and Commercialization for the past two years before choosing this role with Access Insider. Lisa Henderson is the Vice President of Editorial for Informa Connect Life Sciences.
