Companies holding regulatory approval that have not yet initiated their official commercial product launch by the time of the event remain eligible for this rate. Not applicable to subsidiaries, divisions or parent entities of commercial-stage life science companies. Not applicable to suppliers, vendors, consultants, CROs, CMOs or any other service provider companies to the life science industry.
