Esther Kelly is Executive Director for EU Competition and Regulatory Law and acting Global Antitrust Counsel at The Boeing Company. Before joining Boeing, she spent over a decade at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton advising on high profile mergers such as Alstom/Siemens, Alstom/Bombardier, UTC/Raytheon, NVIDIA/Arm and Veolia/Suez as well as supporting leading companies including Sony and IBM in behavioral competition law matters.
