Grace is Legal Antitrust Counsel at Shell. She specialises in EU and UK competition law and has international antitrust experience advising on competition law compliance matters. Her work includes advising on distribution systems, joint ventures and strategic alliances, managing investigations and follow-on litigation, coordinating FSR & the merger control aspects of multi-jurisdictional transactions and implementing antitrust compliance programmes.

Prior to joining Shell she was at Norton Rose Fulbright where she spent nine months on secondment to an international energy company.
