James Marshall is a partner in the Antitrust and Competition group at Covington & Burling and heads up the team in London. James has extensive experience advising on a full range of competition law matters, including merger control, investigations and counselling. He works extensively with major clients on complex cross-border matters and has particular experience advising clients in the technology, energy, financial services, life sciences, media and sports, and consumer sectors. James is a former Chair, and is currently a member of, the Competition Section Committee of the Law Society of England & Wales.
