Jean-Sébastien is Head of Sector at DG Connect, European Commission, where he enforces the Digital Markets Act. Prior to this role, he worked on antitrust cases in digital markets within DG Competition. An electronics and telecommunications engineer by training (UCLouvain), he also holds a master’s degree in management from the Solvay Brussels School. Before joining the Commission, he gained experience in management consulting, developing strong expertise in digital transformation.
