Juliette Enser is the Executive Director for Competition Enforcement and Markets at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

She is a member of the CMA Board and senior executive team. Since February 2024, Juliette has led the CMA’s Competition Enforcement function, focusing on tackling unlawful and harmful anti-competitive conduct to benefit consumers, businesses, and the wider economy. More recently, Juliette has taken on responsibility for the CMA’s Markets Directorate, ensuring the delivery of robust, timely and high-impact outcomes for the UK, promoting competition and protecting consumers.
