Tanja is the Former Director of Economics at BT, where she focused on the economics relevant to competition and regulatory matters as well as business strategy in fixed and mobile markets, spectrum, digital and AI. She has a successful track record in helping large corporates take smart decisions in transforming regulatory and market contexts.

Prior to joining BT in 2017, Tanja led competition work at Ofcom, the Financial Service Authority, and in consultancy where she worked for clients in a range of sectors including water, financial services and communications.
