COURSE REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATES


Delegates must meet two criteria to be eligible for an Informa/CPD Certificate of Completion for a course:

1. Satisfactory attendance – delegates must attend all sessions of the course.
Delegates who miss more than 2 hours of the course sessions will not be eligible to sit the course exam

2. Successful completion of the course assessment.

Delegates who do not meet these criteria will receive an Informa Certificate of Attendance.
If delegates have not attended all sessions, the Certificate will clearly state the number of hours attended.

Pre-course Requirements


The (Advanced EDRM) course is designed as a workshop with lots of interaction and discussion, to assist delegates to determine the potential pitfalls of implementing EDRMS/ECM systems, and to avoid them, through a detailed understanding of all the implications.

The course is designed for those with managerial responsibility at a corporate and operational level for:

• Digital Transformation & Business Strategy
• Information management strategy including Document and records management
• Business development
• Information technology
• Corporate information security
• Compliance

Delegates should preferably have working knowledge of the following:

• Their business and business processes
• Their organisation’s Corporate Information Management Strategy
• Basic computing/IT knowledge.

COURSE METHODOLOGY


The course is designed as a workshop with lots of interaction and case study exercises to assist delegates in understanding EDRM solutions, why these are necessary, how they can help businesses, key business drivers, and the potential pitfalls when implementing EDRM solutions. The course will entail active delegate participation and highlights the key issues required for successful EDRM implementations.
