Alexandre Ruiz Feases is Head of Sector of Market Investigations (European Commission, DG CONNECT) in the Digital Markets Act team, which he joined in 2021. Prior to that, he was a post-doctoral researcher in EU Economic Law at TILEC, Tilburg University. He holds a PhD and a LLM degree from the European University Institute (Florence) with specialization in Competition Law. He has also conducted research at Sciences Po Paris, Université de Namur and University of Michigan Law School.
