Daiwa Żukowska is a Case Handler in DG Trade and Economic Security, where she works on foreign direct investment (FDI) screening. Previously, she worked on the enforcement of the Digital Markets Act, as well as on EU State aid and antitrust enforcement at DG Competition. Before joining the European Commission, she was a Chief Expert at the Lithuanian Competition Council. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University, specialising in EU and international law.
