Georg Boettcher is Head of Competition, Regulatory & Services at Siemens AG. In this role, he has global responsibility for antitrust, regulatory matters, and litigation, and advises key corporate functions including Real Estate, Supply Chain, Communications, Cybersecurity, and Sustainability.

He leads Siemens’ worldwide antitrust compliance program and manages merger control, foreign investment, and foreign subsidy filings. Georg also serves in key advisory roles, including Vice-Chair of the BIAC Competition Committee, Co-Chair of the ICC Task Force on Competition Policy for the Digital Economy and Member of the Competition Law Working Group of the European Round Table for Industry. He frequently speaks at international antitrust conferences and holds a Ph.D. in Competition Law from the Max Planck Institute in Munich.
