Jeremy de Douhet is global head of the competition law team at TotalEnergies. As such, Jeremy’s scope includes all competition law subject matters involved by TotalEnergies’ activities on a worldwide perimeter. His fields of expertise include merger control and FSR, investigations and litigation, strategic long term and day-to-day advisory, and compliance. Before joining TotalEnergies, Jeremy worked in Paris at Clifford Chance and White & Case and in Washington DC at Hughes Hubbard & Reed. He holds master’s degrees in European Law and in English and North American Business Law from University of Paris I - Panthéon – Sorbonne, as well as an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. Jeremy is a solicitor in England and Wales and a member of the New-York bar.
