Tobias Kruis is Director, Ethics & Compliance, Europe as well as Global Competition Counsel at TD SYNNEX, a global wholesale distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem. He advises the TD SYNNEX group on all areas of competition and antitrust law, including merger control and competition law compliance. In addition, he leads the group’s Ethics & Compliance department in Europe. Prior to joining TD SYNNEX, Tobias worked as competition lawyer at the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins as well as at the Munich office of Noerr.

Tobias holds a PhD in law from Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from King’s College, London. He also published on EU and German competition law.
