Constance is Managing Director of Prudential policy at AFME (EU trade association representing the leading global and European banks and other significant capital market players). Constance works across a number of areas which include leading the consideration of ESG risks in banking regulation and Climate Risk Stress Testing. Other areas include the coordination of EU implementation of Basel III with a focus on Credit Risk and the Output Floor. She also works on prudential aspects of cross-cutting issues such as Capital Markets Union and Banking Union.

Constance joined AFME in 2018 from HSBC, prior to that, Constance worked as a Policy Expert at the EBA and an advisor in the European Parliament.
