Her managerial skills saw her through different positions in many departments of the Exxon Mobil Plc at different times. Due to the need to hone her knowledge, she attended many courses both at home and abroad, as a result of which she built a repertoire of knowledge across several segments of the national economy, including Telecommunications, Engineering and Insurance.

She was first appointed as the Managing Director/CEO of Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAIC) in April 2017 and during her first four-year term, she changed the narrative in the Corporation. Part of her drive for the Corporation’s excellence include introduction of Board/Management Retreat, Management Business Review Meetings, Performance Reward System and intensive human capital development, all of which have combined to drive the Corporation’s business to the current enviable level it enjoys. Mrs. Joseph’s superlative performance in the position, not surprisingly, earned her a reappointment for another term of four years in office.
