Lola is the Executive Director, Corporate Services at Babban Gona overseeing key functions in Finance Operations, Business Intelligence, Supply chain and Logistics management, Procurement, Sales and Marketing.

Lola brings significant experience in business development, entrepreneurship, operational transformation and product development across several industries. She has most recently served as the Global Director for Trust and Safety at OLX Group, working across 30+ OLX countries. Prior to that she was Country Manager, OLX Nigeria where she was responsible for driving all elements of the business including Business Development, Product Localization, Marketing and other key functions. Lola was one of the earliest Googlers in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) when the technology company began its operations in the region. She shaped the regional strategy, executed on several core initiatives and led business development efforts with key SSA partners. In addition to Africa, Lola has substantial international working experience in North America, Europe, and Asia. .

Lola holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia (UVA) and a PhD Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. She is happily married with 2 kids.
