OLAIDE JOHN (Mrs.) Managing Consultant, B. Adedipe Associates Limited (BAA Consult) ‘Laide John is a strategist with strong expertise in creating implementable strategic and financial value across several industries, including agribusiness, financial sector (banking, insurance, pension, capital market), technology, amongst others.
Prior to her appointment as the Managing Consultant, B. Adedipe Associates Limited (BAA Consult), she held several positions as a Senior Strategy Consultant, and Talent Development Consultant where she was project manager for various projects that cut across strategy and business plan development, financial and technical advisory for small, medium, and large enterprises. She had a stint in the insurance sector in the United Kingdom where she served as a Senior Resolution Specialist at Domestic and General.
She is a member of several professional bodies and associations, including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), and Institute of Directors, Nigeria. Laide has significant international exposure in terms of studies, and training. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Microbiology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, M.Sc. in Management and Entrepreneurship (Distinction) from the University of Sussex, UK, Diploma in Strategy Execution from the prestigious Harvard Business School, USA and she is a Chartered Accountant, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
