Dr. Lisa Janssen Carlson is a board-certified oncology pharmacist with extensive experience in biotechnology, translational oncology, and pharmacy leadership. At UCSF Health, Lisa led IDS operations for more than 800 trials, advancing digital workflows and standardizing research pharmacy practices. She has presented nationally on workflow optimization and AI-enabled clinical trial strategies. As cofounder of the Society of Research Clinicians, she continues to mentor learners and build partnerships. In her current role as Medical Key Account Lead, Lisa applies her oncology, virology, and pharmacy expertise to support patient‑centered, population‑health focused decision making.
