Andreas Kafetzopoulos has more than 15 years of experience in advising clients on European and international antitrust/competition law. Mr. Kafetzopoulos regularly provides strategic advice to multinational corporations on complex cross-border merger control cases and multijurisdictional cartel and abuse of dominance investigations. He also advises clients on the antitrust aspects of joint venture and cooperation agreements, license and technology transfer agreements, supply and distribution agreements, and global compliance programs. Mr. Kafetzopoulos represents clients before the European Commission, the European courts and major antitrust regulators around the world. His experience covers a diverse range of industries, including aviation, information and communication technology, electronics, insur­ance, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and petrochemicals, nuclear energy, renewables, mining, automotive and engineering.
