Cláudio Teixeira is a Digital Rights Legal Officer at BEUC, the European Consumer Organisation, working on telecommunications, digital services and cybersecurity. A law graduate from the University of Coimbra and College of Europe, Cláudio was previously a Junior Legal Attaché at the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the EU during the 2021 Portuguese Council Presidency, working on the negotiations of the Digital Markets Act and the public CbCR Directive.
