Elisabeth Sullivan is the GC and DPO of Efficio Consulting, a rapidly scaling global management consultancy in 15 countries. Previously, she was the GC at Waterstones (the booksellers owned by the private equity arm of Elliott Management), and prior to that, she worked in the oil & gas / chemicals sector, including stints at INEOS, Centrica (a FTSE 100 company) and Sasol (listed on NYSE).
