Laura is a Partner in Slaughter and May’s Digital and Data group and co-head of the Technology Cross Stream. Laura advises clients on the full spectrum of IP, tech and commercial contracts matters, both on a standalone basis and in the context of broader transactional matters. On the tech side, Laura’s transactional and advisory practice has a particular focus on matters relating to AI and emerging technologies in their many guises – from governance, to supply chain considerations, to IP and privacy issues, to the wider regulatory landscape – and advises a wide range of clients, including legal tech disruptors, major global platforms and large corporates.
