She advises organisations at both strategic and operational levels, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments and implement audit-ready compliance frameworks that enable responsible innovation and trusted data use. Her expertise spans privacy programmes, AI governance, incident management, regulatory risk, and emerging technologies. Lynsey also contributes to the privacy and data ethics community through speaking, mentoring, and pro bono GDPR support for an NFPO supporting exploitation survivors.
