Martin currently leads JP Morgan’s Anti-Bribery & Corruption & Government Engagement Compliance program across the EMEA region covering all lines of business with +31,000 employees across EMEA and ~22,000 based in the UK. He has spent the past decade at JP Morgan covering a variety of market & employee conduct risks including antitrust, benchmarks, market abuse, bribery & corruption and conflicts of interest. Prior to JP Morgan he trained as a corporate finance lawyer specialising in Emerging Markets financing, capital markets, insolvency and debt restructurings focusing on Russia/CIS, Middle East and Africa. His legal career spans both UK and US law firms with secondments including to an international airline in-house legal team specialising in advertising law. He qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Prior to his legal career he spent time with Kroll Insolvency specialising in insolvency and forensic asset tracing matters.
