Zhenhua Ren, Ph.D, is a research professor at Changping Laboratory. Dr. Ren earned his doctoral degree from the Institute of Biophysics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and completed his postdoctoral research at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in the United States. With over a decade of experience in tumor immunology, Dr. Ren is dedicated to advancing cancer immunotherapy. His research focuses on cytokine engineering, antibody engineering, antibody-cytokine fusion proteins, and the development of novel immunotherapeutic strategies targeting the tumor microenvironment. His innovations have significantly reduced cytokine toxicity and side effects, while enhancing therapeutic effectiveness against tumors and providing essential guidance for the clinical application of cytokines.
