Antibody Engineering & Therapeutics US 2022 took place in San Diego from 4 – 8 December and brought together over 1000 of the antibody community to discuss the latest science within the industry. Boasting a line-up of pioneers in the field, keynotes included 2022 Nobel Prize in Chemistry winner Carolyn Bertozzi who spoke on Therapeutic Opportunities in Glycoscience. Other keynotes included Hans De Haard discussing Efgartigimod: A Novel FcRn Antagonist in the Treatment of Autoimmune Disease, Douglas Lauffenburger speaking on Computational Systems Analysis of host Immune Functions in Pathogen Infections and Vaccines and Hanneke Schuitemaker speaking on Vaccine Design for Potent and Durable Protective Immunity.
