Alexis Dahmer (she/her) is Sr. Legal Director, Compliance, North America at Johnson Controls. In her role, she provides subject-matter expertise regarding internal investigations, disciplinary processes, legal/regulatory matters for North America, antitrust/fair competition, and anti-corruption laws and policies. Alexis manages Ethics & Compliance communications and trainings, helpline investigations, government/regulatory investigations, disciplinary actions, and remediation in the region.

A Milwaukee native, Alexis earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School, where she now teaches Corporate Compliance as an adjunct law professor.
