Brian Scarpelli is Senior Global Policy Counsel at ACT | The App Association, where he works on a diversity of legal and policy issues impacting mobile app development companies, including intellectual property, broadband access, competition, privacy, cybersecurity, and other areas. Previous to his work with the App Association, Brian worked for two telecommunications standard setting organizations, the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions and the Telecommunications Industry Association.
