Elizabeth Porfido is Corporate Counsel – Antitrust at Pfizer, counseling on M&A activities and global competition issues. Prior to joining Pfizer, Elizabeth was an antitrust attorney at Arnold & Porter where she advised clients in government review of mergers and acquisitions. Elizabeth earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from Skidmore College.
