Jake Walter-Warner is Senior Antitrust and Regulatory Counsel at Siemens. He advises on competition law, leads compliance trainings, conducts internal investigations, and helps secure regulatory approvals for major transactions.
Before joining Siemens, Jake served as an attorney in the Federal Trade Commission's Technology Enforcement Division and received the Joan Z. Bernstein Award in recognition of his innovative investigation and litigation of the agency's monopolization case against Amazon. He also investigated and litigated matters concerning cloud computing, artificial intelligence, social media, and algorithmic pricing. Prior to joining the FTC, Jake litigated antitrust and complex commercial cases in private practice. Jake also clerked for Judge Jack B. Weinstein on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Jake has a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law.
