Jessica K. Delbaum is a partner in Davis Polk’s Antitrust & Competition practice. She defends mergers and acquisitions before the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission and coordinates the multijurisdictional antitrust defense of transactions. Clients also look to Jessica for counsel on a wide range of antitrust issues, such as competitor collaborations, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, business practices and Hart-Scott-Rodino Act compliance. Jessica’s experience spans multiple industries, including agriculture, life sciences, media, aviation, technology and finance.
Jessica previously served as an Attorney General’s Honors Program Attorney in the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, where she investigated possible violations of the antitrust laws involving mergers and acquisitions, the reporting and waiting requirements of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and civil price-fixing.
