Kerry Tan is a Professor of Economics at Loyola University Maryland. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in 2006 and his Ph.D. in Economics from The Ohio State University in 2012. Dr. Tan’s research pertains to competition in the airline industry, and he has presented his scholarship at both the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. He has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Forbes, CNBC, and several other media outlets.
