Kris Soltes is an experienced antitrust and commercial counselor and litigator, currently serving Mondelez International as Senior Counsel in its Commercial Division. As part of his role, Kris advises the company on its U.S. commercial antitrust strategies. Kris previously practiced with Constantine Cannon, litigating high-stakes antitrust and complex commercial cases, and counseling small and large businesses and trade associations, with a focus on retail, payments, and financial technology. He has advocated for clients before various government agencies, including the FTC, DOJ, CFPB, and Federal Reserve, and he has written and spoken on the role of antitrust and its impacts on labor, minorities and economic inclusion, payments, cannabis, and blockchain. Kris is co-chair of the Financial Services Innovation Coalition Antitrust Taskforce, a resource designed to leverage antitrust tools and policies to educate and empower traditionally disadvantaged communities.
