Kris Soltes is based in New York City and has extensive experience as an antitrust counselor and litigator. Kris currently advises Zebra Technologies as Senior Counsel and Director, commercial and antitrust. Previously, Kris was Senior Counsel at Mondelez. Prior to that, Kris was an antitrust litigator and counselor at Constantine Cannon LLP, with a focus on retail, payments, and financial technology.

Kris serves on the Antitrust Taskforce of the Financial Services Innovation Coalition (FSIC), an organization committed to educating and empowering minorities and traditionally disadvantaged communities on the role of antitrust in the American economy. He has advocated for clients before various government agencies, including the FTC, DOJ, CFPB, and Federal Reserve. He has also written and spoken on the role of antitrust and its impacts on labor, minorities and economic mobility, payments, cannabis, blockchain, and AI. He is currently loving the World Cup.
