Mehreen is an antitrust attorney in the Antitrust Section of the D.C. Attorney General’s Office—a very active AG’s office— where she has been working for almost 3 years. Mehreen’s experience at the D.C. AG’s office has ranged from multi-state investigations and litigation in partnership with the DOJ and FTC, to D.C.-only matters. In terms of subject matter, Mehreen’s case work covers algorithmic pricing and information exchanges, challenges to mergers, and also Big Tech monopolization. Mehreen is also active in the ABA, and is an upcoming Vice Chair of the ABA’s State Enforcement Committee.
