Patty Brink is currently an Assistant Chief in the International Section at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. Patty has extensive experience in antitrust enforcement, having joined the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division in 1989. She has held a variety of leadership positions at the Antitrust Division including Director of Civil Enforcement (2010-2019). She also served details as Senior Counsel to the U.S. Department of Justice Associate Attorney General (2021-2022) and Acting Deputy Director in the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission (2022-2023). Throughout her time at the Antitrust Division, Patty has been involved in international civil case cooperation and engaged in technical assistance programs with many international competition agencies.
