Ryan Farrell is General Counsel at Pricefx, a leading AI-powered enterprise pricing intelligence platform. As GC, Ryan leads all legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs globally. Ryan leverages over a decade of experience working with software and technology companies to provide strategic legal counsel to support Pricefx’s growth, innovation, and operations.

Prior to joining Pricefx, Ryan worked as Senior Counsel at an artificial intelligence / machine learning startup focused on industrial asset monitoring and began his career in the Technology & IP Transactions practice at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Ryan holds a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.S. from Northwestern University. He lives in Chicago.
