Spencer Weber Waller is the John Paul Stevens Chair in Competition Law at Loyola University Chicago and an expert in antitrust and consumer protection law. Over the course of his career, Professor Waller has lectured and taught at law schools across the United States and around the world. In addition to teaching, he has been an antitrust and organized crime prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice, a Senior Advisor to the United States Federal Trade Commission, and practiced at several law firms. Professor Waller is the author of Power and Greed: Monopolies, Mergers, and Cartels on the American Stage (forthcoming 10/15/26), Thurman Arnold: A Biography, and numerous scholarly books and articles.
