Stephen Libowsky is a partner in Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP’s Chicago office and head of Manatt’s antitrust practice. Mr. Libowsky is an antitrust and competition attorney with numerous successes in trials and appeals, counseling clients on a wide range of antitrust and competition issues and matters and navigating deals through the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division, the Federal Trade Commission and competition agencies globally. Mr. Libowsky also has an active pro bono practice.

Mr. Libowsky is a member of the bars of the United States Supreme Court, the courts of Illinois and Georgia, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Seventh, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits, and district courts around the United States. He is a member of the American Bar Association and its section on Antitrust Law
