Tim is Associate General Counsel for Mars Science & Diagnostics (SDx), a division of Mars Petcare. Mars Petcare delivers on its mission to make a Better World for Pets through comprehensive veterinary care, nutrition, breakthrough programs in diagnostics, wearable health monitoring, DNA testing and pet welfare, and has over 100,000 Associates in more than 130 countries. Tim oversees the entire legal organization for SDx, and his team is responsible for all legal support for the division across commercial, employment, compliance and regulatory and M&A. Prior to his current role at Mars, Tim served as General Counsel for Kinship (the technology and digital platform division of Mars Petcare).

Before joining Mars, Tim was General Counsel at several technology companies in the data and tech platform space and started his in-house career at MasterCard. Before that, he was an antitrust attorney in private practice in Brussels and New York. Tim is a graduate of Cambridge University and Cornell Law School where he was a Fulbright scholar.
