Zachary Trotter is a seasoned antitrust prosecutor and Acting Chief of the Chicago Office of the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division. The Chicago Office investigates and prosecutes a wide range of international and domestic cartels, as well as civil conduct cases, with a focus on the Midwest. Prior to leading the Chicago Office, Zac spent over six years as a line prosecutor in the Washington Criminal Section of the Antitrust Division where he investigated and prosecuted criminal antitrust conspiracies and other violations of criminal law across numerous industries. Zac previously practiced antitrust and competition law at an international law firm in Cleveland, Ohio.
