Zach Biesanz has served as Senior Enforcement Counsel in the Minnesota Attorney General’s Antitrust Division since 2022. He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General in the New York Attorney General’s Antitrust Bureau, where he secured felony convictions and nationwide injunctions to protect competition. Zach earned his J.D. and M.S. in applied economics from the University of Minnesota. Zach is the chair of BRACE, the multistate antitrust working group on Bid Rigging and Criminal Enforcement.
