Alicia Burns-Wright is a competition expert that has previously served as Competition Policy Counsel at TikTok, where she led the company's competition policy strategy for the Americas, and as Associate General Counsel for Competition & Regulatory at Meta, where she advised on competition issues related to both acquisitions and several products and services. Before moving in-house, Alicia worked in the Mergers II Division of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, handling merger investigations and litigation on matters in the chemical, software and semiconductor industries. She began her career in Vinson & Elkins' DC office, focusing primarily on oil and gas mergers. Alicia has a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Rice University.
