Alysha Alibhai serves as Senior Legal Counsel for Mergers and Acquisitions at TotalEnergies. With a background in transactional law, Alysha has specialized in mergers, acquisitions, project development and financing within the energy sector, focusing now on strategic growth and sustainable development for TotalEnergies.

Before her tenure at TotalEnergies, Alysha honed her expertise at two international law firms, where she provided counsel on a wide range of legal issues. She has represented clients in complex domestic and international commercial transactions and projects, including private equity investments, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions with specific experience in upstream oil & gas, power, carbon capture and storage, renewable energy and petrochemicals.
