Amber Moren is Senior Antitrust Counsel at Cargill. At Cargill, Amber advises on antitrust issues related to M&A transactions, class action litigation, and commercial transactions. Amber also serves as Cargill’s antitrust compliance officer under a U.S. Department of Justice consent decree arising from an alleged information-sharing conspiracy.

Before joining Cargill, Amber served as general counsel to various business units at 3M Company, was a litigator at a Minneapolis law firm, served as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, and clerked for Judge Diana Murphy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Amber holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BA in Economics and French from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
