Ben is Special Assistant to the Director of Criminal Enforcement in the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. In that role, he advises the leadership of the Antitrust Division’s Criminal Program. He has been a federal prosecutor in the Antitrust Division and in two United States Attorney’s Offices and has investigated and prosecuted a range of antitrust, white collar, and other crimes. Prior to his time at the DOJ, Ben worked in private practice and served as a law clerk to two federal judges. Ben graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law.
